9.2. Dialog Troubleshooting

9.2.1. Flobi does not react on greeting

Check the following steps in order:

  • the Speech Recognition recognize (look at the Speech recognition visualizations on gig)
    • if the visualization doesn’t show any results, check that the audio server (Hookah) sends microphone data (look at the Audio Visualizer of the current interaction island)
  • the Situation Recognition recognizes Attention_Flobi at the current interaction island (look at the visualizer_situation)
  • restart the corresponding dialog flow (Dialog Manager (DM)) in the lsp-csra-supplementary.sh on the default tab.
  • restart the scenario_coordination in the lsp-csra-supplementary.sh on the default tab.
