are now available on-line! Springer has just launched its Springer LINK web site, and is offering an electronic
version of the proceedings, including abstracts, and - for
registered users - PDF fulltext documents of the articles.

1998/24/04: The proceedings are sent to the participants! Everybody else who is interested in the proceedings can buy them as Springer Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence 1371 ISBN 3-540-64424-5 (see notes below) or contact us.
